Discover Laifaba
Traditional Wood-Fired Roasts
At Laifaba, we uphold time-honoured traditions and are known for our mastery of authentic wood-fired roast meats. Each cut is meticulously seasoned and slow-roasted over an open flame, producing succulent tenderness and a distinctive smoky aroma. This age-old technique infuses every bite with remarkable depth and richness, delivering a harmony of flavour and texture that stands apart.
Sustainability & Craft
Sustainability and zero waste guide our kitchen. Every ingredient is fully utilised, with meat trimmings hand-minced for wantons and dumplings.
We craft our own chili sauces, pickled green chili, crispy pork lard, and signature egg noodles, prized for their springy texture and deep umami, reflecting thoughtful craftsmanship.
Packaged with Care
We’ve brought back our separated noodle gravy packaging to ensure your noodles stay springy and satisfying, even on the go.
Yes, it’s more work on our end, but it’s all worth it when you get up to 90% dine-in quality at home.
Our wantons just got a glow-up! They’re now golf ball-sized and juicier than ever.
Dry-Aged Duck
We dry-age our ducks through a slow, thoughtful process we never rush. It allows the meat to gently develop deeper flavour and a tender, luxurious texture. We take the time because we believe patience brings out the best.

@therantingpanda - “The Food For the location, the price of the dishes are generally very affordable. Dishes are made from scratch here, and I started with some traditional snacks. I had a mix of the Prawn Fritters (S$2.50), Egg Slice (S$7), Taupok (S$8) and Fried Dumpling (S$8). I really enjoyed all these side dishes, especially the Taupok, which is stuffed with minced meat and fish paste fillings. The prawn fritters is delicious too, and goes very well with the sweet chilli sauce. Of course, you really can’t go very wrong with these egg slices as well. For noodles, I had the Dry Wanton Noodle (S$5.50), served with slices of char siew and dumplings. The noodles is thin and tossed with a secret sauce poured over it.” FROM THE RANTING PANDA 🐼
